EMAI is a trust for environment monitoring and action initiating. It is an organization which works to promote awareness of sparrows and conserve them by providing sparrow boxes.

Event:

   Motivated the students and inaugurated the “Birds conservation club”.This is the first club inaugurated only for birds to conserve in a school.
   Distributed awards and badges to the students for Best photographer, Video, and Maximum pictures uploaded in the group. The club’s Inauguration started with a fantastic dance, and drama to give a message of Sparrow Conservation to all students.
   As a trial sparrow cage nests were given to 50 students in which many of them on stage expressed their success stories of sparrows coming to their homes. When many modern conservation ideas are Anthropocentric this conservation idea with a theme of protecting sparrows is an attempt to seed the ecocentric approach among school children.

• Mr Prabakaran. A (Poovulagin Nanbargal), Environment Engineer, motivated the students about birds and the ways to conserve sparrows as students.
• Mr.D.Ganeshan, Explained the purpose of “Birds conservation”, anyone can get a nest from “sparrow nest Bank” in the club free of cost every Saturday.
